Our achievements in financing Energy

  • Negotiation and drafting of financial and industrial contracts for the construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a waste treatment (and gas/electricity production) plant under a Project Financing (PFI) scheme.

 

  • Advising on a Build, Own and Operate (BOO) project financing for the construction and operation of a power plant in a West African state involving international development banks (negotiation of EPC, O&M and financing agreements), including negotiation of senior loan agreements, subordinated loans, security package, etc.

 

  • Advising on all aspects of financing a mining project in in West Africa covering bankability aspects, structuring of the financing, setting up of collateral and guarantees on behalf of a leading European bank.

 

  • Structuring an oil infrastructure financing on the basis of an Export Facility scheme, including the negotiation of financing and guarantee contracts.
